OUR TEAM
JOHN KOUDSI
John Koudsi is a multi-disciplined entrepreneur and advisor with a proven track record of identifying and executing on unique, high-return, risk-mitigating opportunities for his investors.
Under the umbrella of the KoBre Companies, John pursues investment opportunities in fragmented markets which exhibit particular inefficiencies.
John began his career in 1995 in the Strategic Tax Planning division at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) before moving on to developing a thriving practice at American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise). John ranked in the top 1% of advisors and sat on the Chairman’s Advisory Council.
In 2007, John co-founded Trojan Storage with Brett Henry. John’s ability to analyze the industry at a macro level and his access to high-quality investors, paired with Brett’s operational expertise, quickly proved to be a substantial success. In 2017 & 2018, they led a partial sale of the Trojan Storage portfolio, generating a gain of approximately $168mm.
In 2010, John launched an investment advisory, CORE Financial Partners, which gave him the flexibility to offer lucrative private placement opportunities to his clients. Additionally, John is a founder/owner of Counterpoint Mutual Funds, 31Ten Lounge, and Triple Threat Youth Basketball.
In 2018, John and Brett saw the opportunity to partner with entrepreneurs to provide much more than capital. They founded Jett Ventures under the thesis that capital, network, and expertise can help their portfolio companies achieve their potential.

BRETT HENRY
After graduating from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2001, Brett began his career working for Self Storage Management Company (SSM), a mid-market self-storage operator.
Brett spent 6 years at SSM and was responsible for supervising a staff of 46 employees and 28 different real estate entities. He learned the self storage industry from the ground up and during his tenure, increased same store net operating income by over 35%.
In 2007, Brett returned to USC for his MBA and along with his partner, John Koudsi, launched Trojan Storage. Over the last 10 years, Brett positioned the company for very rapid growth through prudent acquisitions, land development, operational efficiencies, and a strong company culture.
Today, Brett continues to serve as the day-to-day operator of Trojan Storage where he focuses his attention on growth opportunities and corporate infrastructure in addition to serving on the leadership team for Jett Ventures.

ANDRE PAVLOVIC
Andre started his career with Questys Solutions, a California-based enterprise software company where he was eventually promoted to become the firm’s CEO and led it to be acquired by a publicly traded company. Andre then co-founded a SaaS software startup, AgendaPal, that he also led to a successful exit via acquisition.
Later, Andre spent several years serving on the executive teams of various startups and private equity buyouts/turnarounds where he contributed to driving operational efficiencies, leading to multiple exits.
Currently, Andre manages the day-to-day operations of Jett Ventures and leads operations at its parent company, the KoBre Companies. Andre also leads the consulting arm of Jett Ventures, which provides the firm’s portfolio of entrepreneurs with access to a large network of talent and best practices to help them increase the probability of achieving their potential.
